Membership opening balance of INR ₹9999/- is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
The actual service price will be deducted from the Membership Available balance upon the usage of the facility & services.
The 45% discount is implied by offering a higher Opening balance and does not imply further discount on menu price.

Membership redemption can be done by a maximum of 1 individual on a single day.
The OTP for redemption will be sent to the registered number. Redemption will not be possible without the OTP. Kindly contact the central customer service desk in case the mobile number needs to be updated.
The actual total number of services you will avail in your membership will depend on the exact choice of services and durations as per the menu. The menu price for the same will be deducted from your total available balance amount.
We advise booking your service request 24 hours in advance especially for weekends and bank holidays to avoid disappointment.
Membership balance cannot be redeemed against or clubbed with another offer.
Membership cannot be redeemed on already discounted spa packages.
Any leftover credits/balance will be carried forward to the new membership plan when renewed.

Once the membership tenure expires, discount benefits will not be available until the membership is renewed.
In case you are travelling and would like to pause your membership, please advise the central customer service desk. Membership can be paused for a maximum of 2 times and for a maximum of 1 month at a time in the tenure of the membership.
